Return and Refund Policy

We stand by all our products and trust you will be pleased with everything you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund of the purchase price you paid minus all shipping charges.
Please send us an email requesting a return/exchange authorisation number. Only returns or exchanges with a valid authorisation number will be processed. Items received without a valid return/exchange authorisation number will not be entertained. For returns, refunds and exchanges, you must return items with the original receipt
(or a photocopy of it). For Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are welcome on unworn, unwashed products in the original, unmarked packaging and free of any defects. Shipping and Handling is non-refundable and return shipping is at purchaser's expense. "Return shipping" includes reshipment of the new item as well as returning the item to Totally Angelic (Australia) Pty. Ltd. You may return the item within five (5) days from when you received the item.
For Defective Items: If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three (3) days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.

Totally Angelic (Australia) Pty. Ltd. reserves the right to determine if a product is in used condition. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. We will issue you a credit to your credit card or redeposit to your bank account or send the replacement item whichever your case may be. Cancellation Policy

We have a 24-hour grace period (from the time the order is placed) in which you may cancel your order -- no questions asked and funds will be refunded.

Privacy Policy

Totally Angelic strongly believes in protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your order - and nothing else. When you place an order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, and credit card number and expiration date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status. Additionally, Totally Angelic will never sell, trade or rent your personal information to others - we are totally committed to protecting your privacy.
